Big Horn 14106 mortise center router base. Simply straddle the board between the pins and cut your mortise perfectly centered every time plate is constructed of 1/4" acrylic with 1-1/2" opening, & is transparent for visibility. Solid brass guides thread easily into 3 different insert settings for a variety of wood thicknesses and for non-centered mortises.

• Cuts-centered mortises quickly and accurately using adjustable brass guide pins that automatically center the router on the workpiece
• Accommodates a variety of stock sizes with three adjustable guide pin settings for inside widths of 3", 4-1/2", and 5-1/2", while also allowing offset mortises when needed.
• CNC machined from 3/8" thick acrylic to provide accurate fitment, rigidity, and clear visibility of the router bit and workpiece.
• Accepts larger mortising and joinery bits with a 1-1/2" center opening that provides additional cutter clearance.
